Nano-diamonds are carbon allotropes that exist at the nanoscale, typically less than 100 nanometers in size. They possess many of the unique properties of bulk diamond, such as high hardness, thermal conductivity, and chemical stability, but also exhibit distinct characteristics due to their small size and large surface area.
