Ink Formulation: The ink must have appropriate viscosity, conductivity, and surface tension properties. Substrate Compatibility: The substrate material must be compatible with the ink and the electric field. System Complexity: The setup requires precise control of voltage, nozzle-substrate distance, and environmental conditions. Cost: The high cost of equipment and materials can be a barrier to widespread adoption.
