However, AFM also has some limitations:
Slow Imaging Speed: Scanning can be time-consuming compared to other techniques like SEM. Limited Scan Size: The scan area is typically limited to a few micrometers. Tip Wear: The sharp tip can wear out over time, affecting the accuracy and resolution of the images.
