Despite its many advantages, spectrophotometry does have some limitations:
Sample Preparation: Requires careful sample preparation to avoid errors in measurements. Interference: Can be affected by interference from other substances in the sample, leading to inaccurate results. Range: Limited by the wavelength range of the spectrophotometer, which may not cover the entire spectrum of interest for certain applications.
