Despite its advantages, EBE has some limitations:
Cost: The equipment and maintenance costs are relatively high. Material Restrictions: Some materials may decompose or react unfavorably under high-energy electron bombardment. Substrate Damage: High-energy electrons can potentially damage sensitive substrates.
