Researchers can access the CNM through a proposal submission process. The center accepts proposals from both academic and industrial researchers. Successful proposals are granted access to the center's facilities and resources, often at no cost, depending on the nature of the research and its alignment with the center’s goals. The CNM also provides support for visiting researchers, including housing and stipends.
