Clogging: Nanochannels are susceptible to clogging, which can impede functionality. Surface Interactions: Unintended interactions between the channel surfaces and the transported molecules can affect performance. Scalability: Scaling up from laboratory-scale to industrial-scale production while maintaining performance is often difficult.
