Fabrication Challenges: Precision in nanofabrication is required to maintain the integrity and performance of MRAM devices. Cost: Currently, the cost of producing MRAM is higher than traditional memory technologies, which may hinder its adoption in cost-sensitive markets. Integration: Integrating MRAM with existing semiconductor processes and systems can be challenging.
