How Does Knudsen Diffusion Differ from Ordinary Diffusion?
In ordinary diffusion, gas molecules frequently collide with each other, and their movement is governed by Fick's laws of diffusion. However, in Knudsen diffusion, collisions with the walls of the confining structure predominate.
