How are Current Regulations Addressing Nanotechnology?
Several regulatory bodies, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), have begun to address nanotechnology-specific issues. These agencies are working towards developing guidelines that consider the unique properties of nanomaterials.
